The hot tub is for private use only and is not included. Parking is best done behind the summer house. Drive past the house and turn in. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Workman/tradesman are not allowed to rent for business purposes.
