Description

A very nice and inviting summer cottage with a unique view to Kattegat from almost everywhere. The architect has designed the perfect light. One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom with a shower cabinet and toilet, and direct access to the terrace pointing towards the sea. The plot is not far from a nice sand beach and good fishing conditions for the angler. Indoors Summer cottage suitable for 6 people. The house is 104 m² and is build in 1989. In 2006 the house was fully renovated. No pets allowed.The house is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The house has a washing machine. Furthermore there is 1 wood-burning stove. Outdoors The house lies on a 2157 m² dune site 100 metres from the sea. Nearest shop is 1,8 kms away. There is 60 m² terrace. Furthermore the house has a 24 m² roofed terrace. Grill at your disposal. Parking place by the house. Sleeping facilities There are 3 bedrooms each equipped with a doublebed. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator, a 40 l freezer, 4 ceramic hot-plates, fan oven, and a dishwasher. Toilet and bathroom There are 2 bathrooms each with shower cabinet and toilet. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. Multimedia The house contains 1 TV and free wi-fi.



No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
