Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 65 m² and is build in 2004. You can bring along 1 pet. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 350 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 5000 m from lake. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. In addition, there is a 12 m² covered terrace with a glass roof, which unfortunately cannot hold tight in rainy weather. Barbecue at your disposal. Garage at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 LCD-TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ferienhaus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Für unseren kleinen Urlaub reichte es jedoch vollkommen aus. Höhere Ansprüche darf man hier nicht stellen
