Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 89 m² and is build in 1971. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1300 m² natural site. Situated 40000 m from the sea. Situated 2000 m from lake. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. There is a kettle grill and a gas grill at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.
