Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 113 m² and is build in 1964. In 2015 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 85 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1239 m² garden site. Situated 950 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8200 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 40 m² covered terrace. Swing. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 6 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Workman/tradesman are not allowed to rent for business purposes.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i et dejligt sommerhus. Godt indrettet, alt udstyr var fint. Legeplads/ legeredskaber i haven var i et kedeligt hjørne og var lidt slidt. Alt i alt et hus vi gerne lejer igen,

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Leider ist der Pool defekt gewesen, was zu höheren Nebenkosten führt. Tolles Grundstück + Terrasse. Auch drinnen war alles super ausgestattet. Eine Klimaanlage wäre noch empfehlenswert. Es waren viele Ameisen da. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände in der Nähe. Als Fazit: Das Haus war sehr schön. Absolute Empfehlung!

Virkelig skønt område og herligt hus. Dog er der altså 1,4 km til stranden og ikke 950 meter, men den er da hele turen værd. Brugsen er tæt på og velasorteret, men ret dyr. Der er også et fint streetfoodområde og minigolf i nærheden, og hvis man har en bil og eller cykler, har området virkelig meget at byde på!

Af og til støj fra vejen især på terrassen med spa. Ikke meget trafik om natten. Støj i to værelser ud mod udendørs spa, da den starter hver 2. time hele natten - kører i lang tid. Stor sofa og en lænestol så der er plads til alle 8 pers. foran tv. 4 gode værelser med skab. Super sortiment af køkkenudstyr. God plads til biler. Fin plæne til havespil. Kort afstand til skov. Dejlig strand - lidt langt at gå. Tæt på handlemuligheder, Vig, Asnæs

Das Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Küche ist relativ neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
