Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 130 m² and is build in 2019. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

The holiday home is situated on a 1688 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4200 m. A 110 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Shelter. Outdoor shower. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

General:
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Helle, gemütliche Einrichtung, gute Raumaufteilung und absolut lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet! Besonders von der guten Küchenausstattung waren wir sehr angetan. Wir haben viel gekocht und haben kein einziges Utensil vermisst, alles ist in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden, es gibt hochwertige Töpfe Pfannen etc . Der Garten ist ein Naturparadies, wir hatten Rehe, Eichhörnchen und Spechte täglich zu Besuch! Die Kinder haben die Tischtennisplatte, die Feuerstelle und den Pizzaofen geliebt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus, schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Gute Einteilung der Zimmer für eine größere Familie. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar - allerdings nicht bei Gehbehinderung.
