The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump and 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating in the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 37 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1355 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3750 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1800 m. A 140 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 26 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 10 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

General:
Huset er ideelt til 10 personer. Rummene er meget veldisponerede. Alt fungerede som det skulle. Der var pænt og rent, da vi kom. 3 toiletter er stor luksus, når man er mange mennesker.

Dejlig hus, dog kun egnet til max. 8 personer, da der ikke er udstyr til flere.

Rigtig dejligt hus med god plads. Dejlig grund med sol og læ. Børnevenligt. anneks mangler dog færdiggørelse - men fungerer dog, og er et dejligt stor rum. Kunne godt bruge lidt mere bestik og krus samt vinglas. Rigtig dejlig strand i gå afstand.

God beliggenhed men uholdt grund. Ingen steder hvor børnene kunne lege.
