Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 87 m² and is build in 1979. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. There is a kettle grill and a gas grill at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 Chromecast. Radio. CD player. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind alt. Das Internet ist sehr schlecht. Sehr schön ist die überdachte Veranda und der eingezäunte Garten, wenn man einen Hund mitbringt. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus aber solange keine Renovierungen gemacht werden, können wir es nicht mehr buchen.

Super hyggeligt sommerhus der byder på masser af hygge og oplevelser både i huset og i nærområdet. Perfekt hvis man er flere hold el. generationer afsted, da anneks nærmest er ekstra sommerhus:-)
