The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 902 m² natural site. Situated 5000 m from the sea. Situated 600 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 15000 m. A terrace and a covered terrace belongs to the holiday home. Shelter. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

General:
Sehr ruhig lage des Grundstücks. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Mikrowelle gehört in den meisten Häusern schon zum Standard, wäre in dem Haus auch angebracht. Ein Highlight war der Aussenpool.
