Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 180 m², in 3 levels, and is build in 1895. In 2017 the holiday home was renovated and 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. There is moreover a fireplace.

Outside
The holiday home is located on a 229 m² large and fenced site. Situated 125 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Access to a balcony. You find a tool shed. Outdoor shower. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Extra refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Pets are not allowed in beds and moulds. In case of violation, the tenant may be invoiced EUR 150 for extra cleaning of furniture. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Super hyggeligt hus, velplaceret lige ved Hammerknuden og i gåafstand til masser af naturoplevelser. Huset er super godt til en familie med 4 sovepladser i nederste etage og 2 i husets øverste etage. Hyggeligt indrettet, og der er alt hvad man skal bruge for at kunne nyde sin ferie. Kan varmt anbefales.

Skønt hus med fantastisk indretning, kan dog ikke anbefales til gangbesværede pga trapper. Dejlig fred og ro og med strand tæt på. Kan varmt anbefales

Das Haus ist sehr individuell, mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und eingerichtet, äußerst gemütlich und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und lies nichts vermissen. Den wunderschönen, lichtdurchfluteten Schlafraum im Obergeschoß haben wir mangels Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit an einigen Fenstern nicht genutzt. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hammerknuden mit seinen Wanderwegen und dem Strand entfernt, das fanden wir ganz wunderbar. Einen zum Haus gehörenden Parkplatz gab es nicht. In der Nebensaison Anfang September haben wir jedoch immer in der Strandgade vorm Haus parken können.

Fantastisk hus og indretning, fantastisk beliggenhed og område. Tredje gang vi boede i huset og vi vil meget gerne vende retur.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien mit 2 Kindern dort und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem sehr gemütlichen, besonderen Häuschen!

Wir haben die Zeit genossen, das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, die Betten bequem , der Außenbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen ( Stühle , Outdoorteppich und Bänke abgenutzt ). Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die Nähe zum Strand . Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit .

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i dette fantastiske og god renoverede hus. Vi elskede gårdhaven og det lille "skur" med tekøkken og toilet Dejlig område tæt på hav og natur

Utrolig hyggeligt og lækkert hus med tilhørende gårdhave. Et meget personligt og smagfuldt hus.Området omkring Allinge-Sandvig er et fantastisk område, med fantastiske muligheder for varierede og smukke gåture.
