Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 89 m² and is build in 1999. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 15 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 805 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 9800 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Situated 700 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are divided into 2 annexes and 2 of them are located in the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. Radio.1 Bluetooth speaker. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Vi var enormt tilfredse med huset. Det var et flot sommerhus med smuk placering og gode faciliteter. Vi har intet at klage over og vil meget gerne komme igen.

Dette hus er perfekt til familien med større børn eller flere generationer, da anekserne giver rum for at kunne trække sig engang imellem. Beliggenheden er uovertruffen med den skønneste morgensol og havudsigt på terrassen. Huset rummer det, man har brug for og er rigtig godt indrettet med mange siddepladser om spisebord og i stuen. En god base for ture både til fods, på cykel og i bil. < br />Kan virkelig anbefales.

Vi har haft en fabelagtig ferie i feriehuset tæt ved helleristninger og hav. Vi har været tre generationer sammen, og huset med annekser har fungeret rigtig godt med den store terrasse, der binder bygningerne sammen. Vi kunne bruge en guide til affald og lidt mere tryk på vandet.

Skønt traditionelt sommerhus med super beliggenhed. Godt indeklima i huset og helt fantastisk udsigt fra huset og terassen. Der er ikke opvaskemaskine, hvilket er OK til en forlænget weekend for 4 personer, men havde vi været flere personer, i flere dage, ville det havde været ret vigtigt.
