Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 16 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 265 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1946. In 2021 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 small pets (dogs). The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has 2 washing machines. 2 Tumble dryers. Freezer capacity of 270 litres. Further more there are 2 wood-burning stoves. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table.

Outside
Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A terrace belongs to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. CEE socket. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 7 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 14 sleeping places in single beds. One bedroom is also furnished with a bed- loft, where there are 2 sleeping accommmodations on mattresses. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 3 refrigerators. There are 12 ceramic cooking plates, 3 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 4 toilets.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. 2 Chromecasts. Radio. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups, where the majority of participants are between 15-25 years old, are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. A steep ladder leads up to the loft.

Når man er en familie på 13, deraf 4 børn var der plads til alle. Huset er del op i 2 plan, så har man småbørn eller teenagere med kan de også deles op.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie med børn og børnebørn. Dejlige udflugter og max hygge med god mad, spil og lege. Huset var fantastisk indrette med atmosfære og bibeholdelse af noget af det oprindelige. (har været der før det blev feriebolig). Køkkenet var godt udstyret, alt hvad man kunne ønske sig.

Dejligt hus med god plads. Vi var 10, hvis man er flere, må man være i værelser med ovenlysvinduer uden gardiner. Og kun et toilet ovenpå til 8 ville være træls.

Sehr empfehlenswert für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub!
