Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 56 m² and is build in 1979. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres.

Outside
Situated 10 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 14000 m. Access to a balcony.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
The rent amount includes the total energy consumption (electricity and water). Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. There is a coin-operated laundry with common washer available.

Den skønneste udsigt ud over vandet og op til Hammerknuden fra altanen. Lejligheden er på 2. sal, og man skal op af en udvendig metaltrappe, hvilke kan give udfordringer for dårligt gående. Vær obs på at det kan være svært i højsæsonen at finde en parkeringsplads til bilen tæt på huset og man skal gå langt

Udsigten fra lejligheden er fantastisk! Lejligheden rummer alt, hvad vi havde brug for af basis-ting og beliggenheden er perfekt som udgangspunkt for varierende aktivitet. Vi har allerede booket samme sted, næste sommer - til trods for at vi normalt er inkarnerede tilhængere af altid at besøge nye områder og sommerhuse.
