Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 164 m² and is build in 1893. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 75 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3683 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 6 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Charmerende ældre hus med en enestående beliggenhed tæt på Hammersøen og med masser af muligheder for gåture fx til Hammer Fyr, Hammer Havn eller en tur rundt om søen. Man skal være opmærksom på, at skabsplads er en mangelvare på soveværelserne, hvilket kan give lidt udfordringer. Vi opbevarede derfor vores tøj i vores kufferter/tasker. Ikke optimalt, men det gik.

Fint Pippihus. Værelserne er meget trange. Møblerne slidte. Super udsigt til Hammersøen og nemt til gåture. Ingen butikker i gåafstand.

Das Haus und seine Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige Problem waren drei Schlafzimmer, die für die Belegung mit zwei Personen viel zu klein waren. Zum Glück haben wir nicht alle Schlafplätze gebraucht, so dass sich nur ein Paar in eine der kleinen Kajüten zwängen musste. < br />

Vi havde en ok ferie i et dejligt hus med en god beliggenhed. Dog må man forvente støj/larm/uro fra naboen, som bruges som lejrskole og der med masser af børn9

Vi har nu lejet dette hus 4 -5 gange og det er et skønt hus med god plads, dog er havestole tjenstlig til udskiftning, med helbredet som indsats at sidde i disse træstole og der har været fejl og mangler ved alle ophold, dog kun småfejl nogle af sengene/madrasserne ikke helt behagelige at sove i.

For 5 gang i træk, har vi været så heldige med at få "vores" hus en uge i sensommeren. Der er ikke så meget at sige, det skal opleves. Huset har en charme som vi nyder hver gang vi har været der, og det gælder selvfølgelig også haven, som har en fantastisk udsigt ud til Hammersøen. Glæder os allerede til næste ophold. Irene og Brian
