Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 110 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1973. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 106 litres. There is moreover a fireplace. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 12000 m. A 45 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Access to a balcony. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in diesem Ferienhaus. Einfach, weil wir uns dort rundum wohlfühlen. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es ist gemütlich und schön. Mehr braucht man nicht zu schreiben.

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich des Hauses sind angenehm kühl. Von der gemütlichen mit Lounge-Möbel ausgestatteten Wohnzimmerterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Leuchturm und der Berg gegenüber.

Vi havde en dejlig uge, i er fint indrettet sommerhus. Desværre lugter der af kælder i underetagen, hvor 2 af soveværelserne ligger, til trods for at vi havde tændt for varmepumpen i underetagen.

fint sommerhus men sovepladsen i underetagen er ikke helt så godt Lugter lidt af kælder men blevet bedre end sidst vi var der men kan bruges ??

Skønt sommerhus, som vi nu har besøgt 2 år i træk, med den mest fantastiske beliggenhed, dejlig udsigt til Hammerknuden og tæt på Hammer Havn og Sandvig.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist super gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut bestückt. Viele verschiedene Sitzecken laden zum Verweilen ein. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Vi var 4 voksne og et barn på 2 år. Huset er rigtig dejligt og mangler ikke noget. Den store udendørs grill terrasse fungerede rigtig godt og balkonen var fin om aftenen. Eneste minus er at der er en del høj musik og snak nede fra Pizza vognen overfor huset. Det er faktisk ret irriterende når man sidder på balkonen om aftenen, og musik/snak varer hver dag til klokken 22.
