Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 1965. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² Situated 950 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
There is room for one car at the bottom of the driveway - approx. 30 m from the house. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Vi havde en god uge i Sandvig. Tæt på Hammersø hvor vi gik nogle gode ture med hundene. Sommerhuset var fint dog lå sommerhuset på en skrå grund, så hvis man ikke er godt gående skal man måske ikke vælge dette sommerhus.Super udsigt. Leje af sommerhuset var nemt info via mail. Vi havde ikke brug for at kontakte sol og strand pr. telefon.Vi kan anbefale stedet dejligt sted nemt til alting.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht. Leider schwer zugänglich, da steiler Aufstieg. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nur mit SUV erreichbar. TV ebenfalls schwierig, da kaum Programme und schon gar nicht in deutscher Sprache.Netflix zwar vorhanden, aber kein Zugang für Feriengäste. Buche es dennoch immer wieder!!
