Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 55 m² and is build in 1960. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 450 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 28 m² covered terrace. Petanque. Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 3 sleeping places on mattresses. 3 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing

General:
Das Haus ansich ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit lässt allgemein zu wünschen übrig. Haben einiges selber sauber gemacht. Service war echt super,hatten ein Wespennest hier und es wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert.
