The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 640 m² natural site. Situated 20 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 12000 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Garage at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
"Ved Klinten" is approached via "Baunevej". Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ein super tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was man sich wünscht. Im Sommer könnte es ggf. etwas warm im Haus werden, aber dafür gibt es eine Klimaanlage zur Kühlung. Das Haus bietet einen einmaligen Ausblick aufs Wasser mit nur wenigen Schritten zum Stand. Nur, die Fensterscheiben könnten etwas sauberer sein, aber das ist nicht entscheidend. Für uns das beste Ferienhaus ever. Danke.

Wir haben den tollen Blick und das vorwiegend sonnige Wetter genossen . Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und pflegeleicht. Touristisch bietet die Gegend nicht viel, aber das war auch nicht unser Anliegen.
