Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 3224 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Outdoor sauna. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the living room.

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt - und sogar ein wenig übertroffen. Die Ausstattung ist super modern, sauber und umfangreich. Es hat im alltäglichen Leben - insbesondere in der Küche - an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Sauna und zwei Whirlpools machen das Leben rund um das Haus mehr als erträglich. Hinzu kommt die Nähe zum Meer. In knapp 5-10 Minuten ist man gemütlich durch die Dünen zum Meer spaziert. Somit können wir dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Man hat am Grundstück selber komplette Privatsphäre, keine Nachbarn die einem auf das Grundstück schauen können.

Vorab: Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen! < br /> < br />Wer auf dem Mix aus alten Elementen (60er/70er Jahre) in Kombination der Moderne steht, ist bei diesem Haus genau richtig. Der Mix hat uns sehr gut gefallen - doch noch besser hat uns die absolut ruhige, fast blickdichte Lage gefallen! Nachbarn haben so gut wie keinen Einblick auf das Grundstück und auch vom Weg aus bleibt man geschützt, wenn man den Außenspa oder die Sauna nutzen möchte! Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und fußläufig wunderbar zu erreichen - aber auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell "um die Ecke" gefahren zum Autostrand. < br /> < br />Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils Verdunklungsrollos! Eines der Schlafzimmer hat aber kein Außenfenster, sondern das Fenster geht zum Wintergarten (Neubau). Ausserdem hat es keinen vollwertigen Schrank, sondern nur ein kleines Kallax Regal. < br /> < br />Es sind zwei Toiletten vorhanden, aber nur eine Dusche! Wobei bei unserer Ankunft der Duschabfluss komplett dicht war und kein Wasser mehr abgelaufen ist. Hier wurde%
