Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 67 m² and is build in 1967. In 2022 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2758 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing. Shelter. Barbecue at your disposal. Garage at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Das Haus hat eine top Lage nah zum Strand, zum Wald und dem tollen Sti 100 wo man wunderbar Fahrrad fahren und wandern kann. Super Grundstück mit schönem Blick in die Natur. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr gut und das Bad hat alles was man braucht. Die Austattung in der Küche ist top, alles vorhanden und neu. Wir hatten 3 wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus.

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub mit viel Natur, viel Ruhe und Entspannung und das Haus ist nur ca. 8-Minuten Spazierweg vom Strand (auch Autostrand) entfernt. Die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön und das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Wir haben uns drei Wochen richtig wohl gefühlt und an manchen Tagen hatten wir auch „Gäste aus dem Wald“ zu Besuch, wie Rehe, Hasen und einem Fasanenpärchen, welches täglich vorbei stolziert kam. Auch mit Fahrrädern ist vieles gut erreichbar. Selbst der ca. 5 km entfernte „Meny“ Supermarkt ist mit den Rädern gut erreichbar. Wir waren oft mit den E-Bikes unterwegs, die Fahrradwege sind dort sehr gut. Orte, wie Løkken und Blockhus z.Bsp., mit ihren kleinen Geschäften, direkt am Strand, liegen in kurzer Entfernung und sind auch ein schönes Ausflugsziel mit dem Auto oder dem Bike. Landschaftlich ist Saltum einfach schön, auch unser kleiner, eigentlich immer etwas überdrehter, Chihuahua Louie war die ganzen drei Wochen völlig entspannt. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön möchten wir hier an den netten Hauseigentümer richten, welcher extra persönlich vorbei kam, um unser WLAN einzurichten, da es nicht funktionierte und die Fußball-WM gerade anlief. Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder ??
