Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 147 m² and is build in 2024. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 65 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1450 m² natural site. Situated 1900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 9000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Slide. Football goal.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Activity room. Table tennis, toys and drawing boards.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Das Haus befand sich in einem relativ guten, gepflegten Zustand. Es scheint mir aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten, Aufteilung und Ausstattung (u.a. viel Spielzeug) sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern zu eignen. TV ist ausschließlich per Internet möglich. Lineares Fernsehen "wie zuhause" ist nur per Streaming (bspw. Zattoo oder Waipu.TV; Streamingstick mitbringen) möglich, wobei die zur Verfügung gestellte Internetverbindung (auf Mobilfunk basierend) zeitweise zu langsam für TV und anderen Anwendungen (bspw. Youtube) war. Das könnte für Stress insb. mit den Kindern sorgen. Positiv anzumerken ist u.a. die Qualität der Betten/Matrazen: die war subjektiv erheblich besser als der Durchschnitt der in mehr als 40 Urlauben und 20 Jahren erlebten Schlafgelegenheiten. Wir (zwei erwachsene Personen) würden das Haus nicht nochmals buchen, da es für uns nicht wirklich gepasst hat. Bei Familien mit Kindern könnte das anders sein.

Det er et dejligt lyst og lyd dæmpet hus. Huset er delt op i køkken/stue-afdeling og sove/lege-afdeling, hvor den ene afdeling ikke forstyrres af at der "larmes" i den anden afdeling. Udearealerne er gode til en familieferie med legestativ, bålsted og stor græsplane. Vi har været 6 voksne og 2 teenager afsted og vi har været så glade for huset, hvor der har været god plads til os alle.

Das Ferienhaus hat so ziemlich alles, was man sich bei einem Sommerhaus wünschen kann. Ein wunderschönes und ruhiges Grundstück, eine schöne große Terrasse und einen gewöhnungsbedürftigen, aber sehr gut durchdachten Grundriss. Die Schlafzimmer möglichst weit von Küche und Wohnzimmer zu entfernen ist absolut genial. < br />Es gibt nur zwei DInge, die uns als Familie noch gefallen hätte: < br />1. ein überdachter Bereich auf der Terrasse, um auch mal bei Regen draußen essen zu können. < br />2. ein Badefass (vor allem, falls man das Haus auch mal als Winterhaus nutzen möchte) < br /> < br />Diese beiden Punkte sind aber wirklich Kritik auf hohem Niveau, denn abseits davon hat uns alles wirklich super gefallen. Es ist bisher das erste Ferienhaus, welches wir alle einstimmig nochmal buchen würden und sicherlich auch buchen werden.

Neues sehr helles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit mehreren Kindern, da im Haus und außen sehr viel Platz zum Spielen.
