Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 106 m² and is build in 1974. In 1990 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² dune site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 12000 m. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Skønt ældre, men super hyggeligt sommerhus på den smukkeste grund og med den mest vidunderlige beliggenhed. Huset er utrolig velindrettet - selv når det regner udenfor :-) < br />Vi er vilde med det hus og vil gerne tilbage.

Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, vollständig abgeschirmt von Nachbargrundstücken und von der grundstückseigenen Düne aus sieht man die Sonne im Meer untergehen.

Dejligt sommerhus, i naturskønt område, tæt på havet og gode oplevelser. Huset ligger dejligt ugeneret, med både morgen- og aftensol. Det er godt indrettet og udstyret med service mm. Vi ankom til et meget rent og indbydende hus og havde en dejlig ferie.
