Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 130 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1974. In 2023 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3000 m² natural site. Situated 1200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates. There are 4 induction cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus auf einem ungestörten Naturgrundstück. Das Grundstück ist so angelegt, dass man kaum etwas von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Wir konnten Rehe, einen Hasen und sogar einen Fuchs vom Haus aus beobachten. Die verschiedenen Terassen ermöglichten uns immer in der Sonne zu sitzen. Im Haus selber haben wir kaum etwas vermisst. An die steilen Treppen mussten wir uns etwas gewöhnen aber die sind auf den Fotos ja zu sehen.Auf dem Fernseher haben wir tatsächlich nur einen deutschen Sender empfangen. Er verfügt aber über alle gängigen Streamingdienste ( bei eigenem Account). Die Küchenausstattung und ein großer Teil des Mobiliars war sehr hochwertige. < br />Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten uns vorstellen das Haus nochmal zu mieten.

Husene er meget flot renoverede og det er skønt at have adgang til 2 badeværelser. Grunden er skøn med mange gode terrasser så man altid kan finde en solplet. Der er kort afstand til stranden som er ganske fredelig i forhold til Blokhus / Løkken og der er kort til indkøb i Saltum. < br />Alt var rent og fint ved ankomst

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit der Familie und unseren 2 Hunden. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist ca. 20 min. zu Fuß mit Hunden??
