Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 120 m² and is build in 2000. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 65 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8000 m. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich ist großzügig geschnitten und hell gestaltet. Für die regelmäßige Selbstversorgung sind Küchengeräte und Geschirr in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Die Inneneinrichtung war gut, und ansprechende Dekoration sorgten für Gemütlichkeit. Die Ungebung lädt zu Spaziergängen und Ausflügen ein.

Das Ferienhaus zeichnet sich durch eine gute energetische Substanz aus. Der Temperaturverlust über Nacht betrug in aller Regel maximale 1-2 Grad Celsius. < br />Das einzige Problem wirklich nennenswertes betrifft die nahe Baustelle, bedingt durch die Aufgabe des Campingplatzes "Saltum". < br />An dieser Stelle entstehen zurzeit diverse neue Ferienhäuser, deren Bau - wie kann es anders sein - nicht unerheblichen Lärm erzeugen. < br />Diese Situation dürfte sich aber durch Zeitablauf in den nächste Monaten erledigen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem grosszügigen Ferienhaus. Es ist alles gut beschrieben (Whirlpool, Fernseher). Der große Garten und die daran anschließende Wiese mit Bank zur Wildbeobachtung ist toll. Die nahe Baustelle (war uns bekannt!) wird ja schätzungsweise noch 2 Jahre dauern und darauf sollte man hinweisen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Helles Haus, große Terrasse und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit.

In dem Ferienhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern. Vier Erwachsene finden gut Platz. Wir haben vier Wochen im Juni in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Nun kennen wir die Gegend ganz gut, und reisen im nächsten Jahr woanders hin. Bornholm oder Seeland mit Kopenhagen. Mal sehen.
