Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 145 m² and is build in 2008. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 65 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8000 m. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Det var et skønt sommerhus og vi følte os rigtig godt tilpas. Værten og Blokhus kontoret var meget hjælpsomme da vi ikke kunne få spabadet til at virke. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Es verfügt über eine gemütliche Ausstattung mit viel regionalem Flair. Unbezahlbar ist der Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Sehr bequeme und große Doppelbetten und zwei großzügige Bäder. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, nur die Wohnmöbel sind etwas durchgesessen und könnten bei Gelegenheit einmal erneuert werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Es ist aus meiner Sicht ein sehr schönes und toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Bei der Ausstattung mangelte es an nichts. Die Landschaft ist toll und man kann, wenn man mit Hund dort ist, schöne Spaziergänge durch die Dünen oder zum Meer machen.Toll fanden wir die zwei Terrassen, wo von eine noch teilüberdacht ist. Ich finde man merkt das der Besitzer des Hauses, alles mit Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet hat.
