Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 77 m² and is build in 1970. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2900 m² natural site. Situated 750 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia

Worth knowing

Ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen, klein und gemütlich mit großzügigen Terrassen. Idyllisch eingebettet in die Dünen, hohe Privatsphäre. Super Anbindung zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto an den Strand.

Das Ferienhaus ist ordentlich und gepflegt. Zu Zweit kommt man bestens zurecht mit Geschirr und Wohnraum. Mit vier Erwachsenen würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen, da dann auch Lagerfläche und Ablagen für die eigenen Dinge des Lebens fehlen. Man wohnt zentral und erreicht den Strand zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten, mit dem Auto sind es sogar drei Minuten. Einkaufen und Tanken kann man prima in Saltum. Hier fährt man mit dem Auto auch nur 10 Minuten. Das weitere Umland ist über die Straßen und sogar über den befahrbaren Strand gut zu erkunden.

Wir fahren seit Jahren nach DK, gerne hoch in den Norden und Jütland. Unsere Reisezeit sind immer ca. 3 Wochen, ohne Tiere und Kinder. Probieren dabei sehr gerne neue Ferienhäuser aus. Dieses hat uns überzeugt durch absolute Ruhiglage, einen wundervollen Blick ins Grüne und die großzügig überdachte Terrasse. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, allerdings fehlt ein wenig an Küchenausstattung (nur eine Pfanne...). Aber alle Dänemark-Liebhaber finden hier eine fantastische Unterkunft zum Abschalten vom Alltagsstress :)

Nettes ferienhaus auf tollem Grundstück. In der Nebensaison absolut ruhig. Gut für Strand/Naturspaziergänge in einer erstaunlich abwechslungsreichen Gegend. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist komplett, auf 3 Terassen kann man immer etwas Sonne einfangen. In der modernen Küche hat man dann aber sehr bunt zusammengewürfeltes Besteck & Geschirr :) Heizung/Klimaanlage über Strom kann teuer werden, wenn man sie viel laufen lässt Insgesamt ein gutes ferienhaus für 3-4 Erwachsene mit bis zu 2 Kindern (dann wird es aber schon kuschelig)
