Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 67 m² and is build in 1980. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1254 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6900 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia

Worth knowing

Wir waren schon drei mal in diesem Haus. Die Lage und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Nicht einsehbare Terrassen rund ums Haus. < br />Durch die großen Fensterfronten heizt sich das Haus sehr schnell auf. Hier ist es gut eine Wärmepumpe mit Cool Funktion zu haben. < br />Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und gut zu bewältigen. < br />Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus, dass wir bereits zum 2. Mal gebucht hatten. Offensichtlich werden laufend Renovierungen (z.B.Malerarbeiten) vorgenommen.

Unser viertes Mal in diesem Haus und wir können nur sagen es war so schön und erholsam wie die Male davor. Das Haus ist für uns beide mit unserem Hund genau was wir lieben- hell, licht durchflutet, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und fühlt sich an wie "zu Hause". Die Küchenausstattung ist super: Salat-schleuder, Küchenwaage, gute Pfannen und Töpfe, Espressokocher. ... Die Umgebung bietet alles was wir lieben mit unendlichem Strand, wunderschöne Dünen und Wälder und natürlich das Meer. Bis zum nächsten Mal!
