Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 104 m² and is build in 1986. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1385 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 5 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds.1 sleeping place in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. There is floor heating in the guest bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien ist super. Teppiche sind total verdreckt und gehörten weg oder erneuert. Sofa und Sessel gehören ordentlich gereinigt. Generell sollte das Haus ordentlicher geputzt werden vor einer Anreise, es war sehr dreckig überall

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, wirklich hygge. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist sehr hochwertig und sehr durchdacht. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Die Außendusche, auch mit warmen Wasser, haben wir sehr genossen.
