Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 150 m² and is build in 1998. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 140 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1450 m² natural site. Situated 1200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Slide. Shelter. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. There is floor heating in the guest bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

General:
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesen Haus. Von außen sah es wirklich toll aus. Als wir die Tür aufmacht haben, roch es total nach Scheiße. Die Toilette im Gästewc . Sie war verstopft. Es wurde nicht saubergemacht. Die Dusche war unten verschimmelt, Die Türgriff von der Sauna war ab, der Kaminofen ist drinne kaputt, das Sofa wird mit Holzblöcke hochgehalten, das Wasser in der Küche im Waschbecken lief nicht ab, die Deckel von den Töpfen sind teilweise kaputt, den Handmixger kann man nicht benutzen, die Inneneinrichtung ist an vielen Ecken austauschfähig, im Schlafzimmer liegt ein loses Kabel. Der Router für das Internet war weg. 2 Tage kein Internet. Als wir ankamen, war der Rasen sehr hoch. Zeckengefahr.Die Mitarbeiterin von Sonne und Strand sagten den Besitzer bescheid, dass er den Rasen mähen müsse. 2 Tage später kam er mit sein Aufsitzmäher an. Sah nicht begeistert aus. Ohne Fangkorb ging es los. Überall lagen große Haufen Rasen. Wir wollten es schon selber zusammenharken. Ein Lob geht an das Büro von Sonne und
