Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 1959. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 107 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 2218 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 140 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
The terrace of the house, which is located high, is not surrounded by a railing. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Als wir angereist sind, haben wir ein sehr sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend, bis auf den Aspekt, dass eine Waschmaschine fehlte und das Haus wirklich aufwerten würde. Die Möbel sind teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer könnte auch ausgewechselt werden. Des Weiteren ist die Internetverbindung wirklich nicht gut und eine Verbindung mit Chromecast für uns nicht möglich. Ansonsten hat das Haus einen tollen Charme aus neu und alt kreiert. Man hat eine große Terrasse und ist wirklich sehr schnell am Strand.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Der Weg zum Strand war super und wirklich kurz. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, jedoch sind die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist wie auf den Fotos, jedoch würde eine Sanierung des Bades das Haus sehr aufwerten. Zu Beachten ist das alle 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Hochbett ausgestattet sind und die unteren immer unterschiedlich aber größer sind. Ein richtiges Doppelbett (Elternbett) gibt es nicht. Würde es ein größeres Bett geben würden wir ( Eltern mit zwei Kindern (5 und 7 ) wiederkommen. Zu beachten ist auch die Auffahrt zum Haus, diese ist sehr steil und eine Auffahrt hat nur gerade so ohne Aufsetzen (normaler Kombi) geklappt.

Vi havde en meget fin ferie med dejlig terasse, hvorfra der var en meget fin udsigt både til havet og det smukke landskab, som huset ligger i. Meget fine møbler på terassen, så der altid var sol eller skygge efter behov.
