Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 96 m² and is build in 1980. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1427 m² natural site. Situated 2300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2600 m away. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Trampoline. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Gut gepflegtes Haus. Komisch war nur das die Therme ausgestellt war. Wie sollte da vernünftig saubergemacht worden sein. In all den Jahren habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt das keinerlei Küchenverbrauchsmittel im Haus waren (z.B. Backpapier, Folie, Salz/Pfeffer).

Et dejligt hus, godt placeret og med de nødvendige ting og mere til for at skabe en god ferie. Pænt og velholdt. Eneste minus var at spabadet var så stort at varmtvandsbeholderen ikke kunne fylde med varmt vand.

Guten Tag, wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (4 Jahre und halbes Jahr) vom 26.08.2025 - 02.08.2025 Gast in der Brune Banke 12. Das Haus ist einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Weiterhin war das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten und die dazugehörigen Möbel, Spielgeräte und Materialien sind in einem neuen und einwandfreien Zustand. Für Kinder ein absolutes Paradies, an Grünfläche und Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Schlafzimmer, sind groß, geräumig und die Betten sind gemütlich. Die Fenster lassen sich leicht öffnen und schließen und man kann sie bei Bedarf sehr gut abdunkeln. Das Badezimmer ist groß, die Badewanne mit Whirpool-Funktion ein weiteres Highlight. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Farup Sommerland sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist naturnah und sehr leise. Man bekommt selbst von umliegenden Sommer bzw. Urlaubshäusern kaum was mit. Die Abwicklung mit dem Check-in und Check-Out über die Schlüsselbox war einfach und unproblematisch. Man könnte das Haus insgesamt nicht gut genug bewerten. Der Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg und wir möchten so schnell es geht wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Dette sommerhus på Brune Banke 12 er et super lækkert og veludstyret sommerhus både ude som inde. Der er god albuerum og bestemt et hus man godt kan være mange i. Vi kan varmt anbefale at leje dette hus og vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang. Rigtig god ferie til de fremtidige lejere??
