Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 78 m² and is build in 1984. In 2004 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 15 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1260 m² natural site. Situated 950 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 11 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit der Familie. Unsere 2 jungs mit 8 und 9 Jahren fühlen sich sehr wohl. Das Haus ist absolut liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Ich bin froh, dass es keine Spülmaschine hat. Hätte es eine wäre es viel teurer..

Vi havde en dejlig ferie og tid i sommerhuset. Huset var i god stand, dog var madrasserne meget tynde og ubehagelige så søvnen har været sparsom.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Alles war vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und es war alles sehr sauber. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, schön ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Herzlichen Dank auch an den Eigentümer, das Kaminholz vor Ort war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Mange tak.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Inventar alles vorhanden,wünschenswert wäre noch ein Geschirrspüler. Tolles ruhiges Grundstück und Saltum hat schon immer 10 Sterne verdient! Nächstes oder sogar dieses Jahr werden wir unseren 25 Urlaub verbringen.
