Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 111 m² and is build in 1985. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in the hall. Floor heating in the kitchen-dining area. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 6145 m² dune site. Situated 260 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 1 person.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1 Smart-TV. 1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Nach kurzer Zeit haben wir uns heimisch gefühlt, wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen, da wir eine sagenhafte Erholung hatten. Das Haus bietet nahezu alles, was man im Urlaub braucht, auch im Schuppen standen Eimer, Wäscheständer, Räder etc bereit und unsere eigenen Fahrräder hatten auch darin Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kocht dort mit Abendsonnenschein, Herd, Backofen, Waschmaschine, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Einen Haartrockner haben wir leider vergeblich gesucht, aber das war nicht wirklich schlimm. Die Informationen, die auslagen und die Anweisungen für Ein- und Auschecken, sowie das ganze Procedere perfekt.

Das schöne, helle, in einem Dünengebiet liegende Ferienhaus ist gut geschnitten, ausgestattet mit Kamin, Sauna, einer Waschmaschine und Whirlpool. < br />Es verfügt über zwei Badezimmer mit WCs, das größere verfügt über eine Sauna und das zweite über einen Whirlpool. < br />Mit seinen vier Schlafzimmern bietet es Platz für 8 Personen, wobei das vierte Schlafzimmer nur über Stockbetten verfügt und sehr klein ist. < br />Die Betten waren bequem, an den Matratzen gab es nichts auszusetzen. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen ausziehbaren Esstisch mit 8-10 Stühlen. In den Wohnbereich gelangt man über zwei Stufen, hier gibt es eine Eckgarnitur mit Tisch und zwei bequeme Sessel mit Hockern. < br />Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Wasserkocher. < br />Weiterhin gibt es einen Mixer sowie ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr und Zubehör. < br />Es gibt einen Abstellraum, dieser ist jedoch mit Kugel-, Gasgrill sowie Gartenmöbeln ziemlich vollges
