Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 1980. In 2011 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2800 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher. Extra refrigerator (160 litres) and freezer (45 litres) in the shed.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. At least 4 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wie haben einen schönen - überwiegend sonnigen Urlaub verbracht . Wunderbare Lage , tolle unaufgeregte Umgebung, viel Ruhe. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen- eine Renovierung - Sanierung würde gut tun . Der muffige Geruch ist tatsächlich nicht schön und sitzt überall ( man nimmt ihn in den Sachen auch mit nach Hause) - Dauerlüften und Duftkerzen bringen da nichts.Auf der Terasse stehen Nägel hoch- über. Einige Fenster sind schwer zu betätigen. Einige Terassenmöbel sind rostig. Der Preis ist etwas überzogen für das Haus .

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf unserer Meinung nach einer Komplettsanierung. Wenn man die Tür aufgeschlossen hat, ist einem der Muff der letzten 20 Jahre entgegengekommen, der auch nach 2 Wochen mit Dauerlüften nicht verschwand. Die Einrichtung ist gefühlt auch 20 Jahre oder älter gewesen. Alles ist ein wenig runtergekommen. Die Fenster in der Küche und Wohnzimmer lassen sich kaum bis nur schwer öffnen. Was sehr schön war, sind die überdachte Terrasse und die traumhafte Lage. Allerdings muss man auch bei der Terrasse aufpassen, dass einem kein Holzteil vom Dach auf den Kopf fällt. Zum Glück hatten wir Glück mit dem Wetter und haben uns fast nur draußen aufhalten können.

General:
Gute Lage, viel Privatsphäre, schöner Pfad führt zum 800 Meter entfernten kilometerlangen überwiegend einsamen Strand von Saltum. Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlt eine Waschmaschine. Der nächste Waschsalon ist 22 km entfernt. Der nur 5 km entfernte Supermarkt Meny ist wirklich OK. Insgesamt war es ein sehr entspannter, sogar überwiegend sonniger Urlaub Anfang/Mitte August 2024. Wir lieben die Ruhe und Unaufgeregtheit der dänischen Nordseeküste! Für erholungssuchende Familien sehr zu empfehlen!
