Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 128 m² and is build in 2003. No pets allowed. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² dune site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 38 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 3 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Wir hatten zum fünften Mal wunderbare Ferien in diesem Haus und in dieser Umgebung. Mit Sicherheit werden wir in absehbarer Zeit wieder kommen. Wir danken der Familie Severingsen dafür dass sie das Haus auch immer in Stand hält.

Perfekt ferie. Godt indrettet sommerhus med en rigtig god beliggenhed. Vi var 5 voksne - alle havde nogen dejlige dage. Rengøringen var i top! ...og TAK for det - det betyder altså noget at tingene er i orden fra dag 1 af...
