Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 88 m² and is build in 1985. In 1991 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² dune site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Garage at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. An electric charger for hybrid-/electric cars is installed in the garage. It is possible to charge with 16 amp, both 1 and 3 phase (3.7 and 11 kW per hour).

Das Haus liegt auf einem schönen und sehr ruhigen Grundstück und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Strand ist super. Durch den Ladenschluss am Haus brauchten wir nicht tanken.

Ein schönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Man merkt dass es den Eigentümern am Herzen liegt. Es wird gut in Schuss gehalten. Auf den Terrassen lässt sich wunderbar Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Das Zimmer mit den Hochbetten ist sehr schmal. Die Hochbetten sind auch schmal. Eher für Kinder geeignet. Unsere Kinder fanden die Alkoven klasse und haben dort geschlafen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.

Es ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes, gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf ein einzigartig schönes Dünengebiet, von dem aus der breite, weiße, nicht überfüllte Naturstrand in kürzester Zeit erreichbar ist.

Sehr gut aufgeteiltes und ausgestattetes Haus. Auf der umlaufenden Terrasse kann man die ?? zu jeder Tageszeit genießen. Die Ladestation für unser Auto ein großes Plus.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sowas von ,, hygge' , gemütlich, ruhig gelegen und alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
