Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 84 m² and is build in 1993. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² dune site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Plug for charging electric car is available (slow charger). Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Plug for charging a electric car is available at the house (charging cable must be brought). Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. No PETS under any circumstances.

Die strandnahe Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Das helle Haus wirkt einladend; die helle, freundliche Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass die Gästetoilette so groß ist, dass wir sie komplett als 2. Badezimmer genutzt haben.

Das Haus entsprach den Beschreibungen und unseren Erwartungen. Durch die Nähe zum Strand hat das Auto eine Woche gestanden. Fahrräder haben gereicht. Da es sehr windig war und ein guter Windschutz fehlte, konnten wir nicht viel draußen sitzen.

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und können unsere positive Bewertung von 2024 nur nochmals bestätigen: Die Lage ist für uns absolut top, das Haus ist gemütlich, super super super sauber & gepflegt und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein wunderschönes Holz Ferienhaus, das ruhig und idyllisch in den Dünen liegt... und nur einen Katzensprung vom breiten sauberen Strand entfernt... Urlaub pur!

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem außerordentlich gepflegten Ferienhaus. Die Besitzerin ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich ein absolutes Highlight.
