Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 85 m² and is build in 1976. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1660 m² dune site. Situated 480 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Positiv: Lage & Einbindung: Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig in die Dünenlandschaft integriert. Der angepriesene Meerblick ist vorhanden, allerdings sieht man das Meer nur aus einem einzelnen Fenster in einigen hundert Metern Entfernung. Ausstattung & Platz: Platzangebot für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Holz an Decken, Wänden und Fußböden wirkt relativ neu und sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumgefühl. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist komplett. E-Mobilität: Die vorhandene Wallbox ist ein echter Pluspunkt für die Anreise mit dem Elektroauto. Verbesserungswürdig / Kritikpunkte: Sicherheit: In einem reinen Holzhaus sind weder Rauchmelder noch ein Feuerlöscher vorhanden – hier sollte aus Sicherheitsgründen dringend nachgerüstet werden. < brBadezimmer & Warmwasser: Das Bad ist in einem sehr alten Zustand (vermutlich fehlen deshalb vorab Fotos des Badezimmers auf der Buchungsseite). Zudem reicht die Warmwasserreserve der Dusche nur für etwa 90 Sekunden, danach wird das Wasser kalt. Schlafkomfort: Die Matratzen sind extrem durchgelegen und haben bei uns eine Woch

Was für ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem man sich leicht und schnell zu Hause fühlen kann. Der Blick zum Meer und in die Dühnen ist herrlich. Das Haus ist großzügig, freundlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse, die rund um das Haus reicht, bietet genügend Platz für Sonne, wie Schattenorte und lädt zum verweilen ein.

Ein typisch dänisches Ferienhaus, tolle Lage und Aussicht. Ausstattung - abgesehen vom schwachen internet und nur eingeschränktem TV-SAT Empfang - ist funktional und ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und max. 4 Kinder.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Strandes, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Trotzdem schön ruhig und erholsam gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten in den Dünen. Bestnote!
