Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 7 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 141 m² and is build in 1988. In 2010 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² dune site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 55 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,1 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing

General:
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Schneller Zugang zum Strand und sehr ruhig, auch der große Garten ist toll. Das Haus ist ein wenig in Jahre gekommen. Unzufrieden waren wir mit der Größe der Duschen, der Duschvorhang ist kuschelbedürftig. Im Poolraum fließt das Wasser nicht zu den Abflüssen, sondern zu den Seiten weg (an die Wand oder unter den Whirpool), um keinen Schaden anzurichten, muss darauf geachtet werden, das Wasser weg zu schieben (Schieber vorhanden) Ansonsten aber alles da, um sich wohl zu fühlen.
