Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 90 m² and is build in 2006. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² natural site. Situated 80 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 15 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 5 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with floor heating, toilet, shower cabinet and bathtub. Furthermore there is 1 guest bathroom located adjacent to the master bedroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Vi havde skønt vejr og brugte den dejlige strand flittigt. Der er hurtig adgang til stranden ad en lille sti. Der er mulighed for minigolf og en isvaffel i gåafstand. Sommerhuset ligger roligt, og man kan parkere flere biler på grunden. Der er en stor, plan græsplæne til havespil/boldspil. Stuen er dejlig med god spiseplads og højt til loftet. Det er et ældre sommerhus med ældre ovn uden varmluft og bemærk uden wifi. Der er et oliefyr, som ofte slukkes, når man stiller sine sko i entreen. Det er svært at indstille temperaturen på vandet ved kontakten i entreen, da tal mangler. 4 af sengene er af ældre dato, og det lille toilet trænger til en renovering. Grillen er ikke så stor, men den virker fint. Alt i alt var vi tilfredse med vores ophold i uge 28 ??
