Holiday home suitable for 12 persons . The holiday home is 180 m² and is build in 1992. In 2018 the holiday home was renovated. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 4 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² site in forest/plantation. Situated 1700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 600 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5,5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Dejligt, men meget slidt hus. Meget beskidt og ikke rengjort. Mug og skimmelsvamp på begge badeværelser. Støv og spindelvæv i alle rum. Gyngestativ på grunden er livsfarligt. Spa er utæt, kan ikke holde vand og kan derfor ikke anvendes. Møbler er meget slidte.

General:
Ein schönes und funktionales Haus, mit großer geschlossener Terasse, welches aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das merkt man besonders an dem Möbiliar und Inventar. Ein bisschen Farbe an der richtigen Stelle und das ein oder andere ausgetauschte Möbel würde dem Haus gut tun. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und wir haben ihn gerne genutzt. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele Wege auf denen man schöne Spaziergänge mit den Hunden machen kann. Alles in allem baben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus.
