Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 61 m² and is build in 1983. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2300 m² garden site. Situated 1600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1400 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 600 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Football goal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.
