Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 70 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1951. In 2019 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1267 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1800 m. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 85 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Outdoor sauna. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 6 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 DVD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Wir haben den Pool genutzt, jedoch sehr viel Holz benötigt. Der Ofen des Pools war nicht der beste und es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis er warm wurde. Weiterhin fehlten Pool-Utensilien wie z.B. Kescher / PH Messgerät. Die Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt. Beim Grundstück hätten wir uns gewünscht, gerade wenn man mit Hund verreist, dass ein wenig Grünfläche mit eingezäunt werden würde. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder bzw. Hundeanhänger wären bei starkem Regen, vorteilhafter. Unsere Räder haben leider nicht mehr in den kleinen Schuppen auf dem Grundstück gepasst. Vorteilhafter wären im Badezimmer ein neuer Duschvorhang oder besser noch eine Kabine, da dieser schon sehr muffig roch und im unteren Bereich nicht mehr so sauber. Ferne wäre ein Regal am Waschbecken für die nötigsten Utensilien schön gewesen.

General:
Ein schönes, gemütliches Haus mit großem Garten in guter Lage. Man ist schnell durch die Dünen am tollen Strand und man hat richtiges „Dänemark-Feeling". Auch ein paar nette Läden sind im Ort. Das Haus ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es wurde vor einigen Jahren renoviert. Hier und da könnte man damit noch mal weitermachen. Das Bad mit Duschvorhang und alten Einbauschränken war ok, aber nicht besonders schön. Es ist auch viel Teppich verlegt. Die Betten und Wäsche könnten mal neu. Alles in Allem ist das Haus, wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Ein solides Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Es sind Hunde erlaubt, was wir leider nicht besonders beachtet haben bei der Buchung. Das sieht man und riecht man auch z.B. auf dem Sofa. Das ist für uns künftig definitiv ein Ausschlusskriterium.
