Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1967. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2300 m² dune site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Situated 2000 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Video. Stereo set. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und das Schullandheim hat unseren Aufenthalt in keiner Form beeinträchtigt.Die Veranstaltungen dort waren alle ohne Lärmbelästigung. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
