General:
Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen allerdings Beschreibungen zu den Geräten, Waschmaschine, Wärmepumpe etc. Die zuerst übermittelte Endabrechnung der Nebenkosten war fast zweieinhalb fach (!) so hoch wie die mit fotografierten Zählerständen bewiesenen echten Werte! Bitte unbedingt bei Ankunft und Abreise die Zählerstände selbst dokumentieren. Der Preis einer Endreinigung erschien uns im Verhältnis zu anderen bisher auf Fanö gebuchten Häusern etwas zu hoch.
