Beautiful apartment in a charming old school building

This lovely apartment with 4 beds + 1 extra bed is located in the old school, a building from 1929 in the peaceful village of Syvsten, surrounded by beautiful nature and only a few kilometers from Sæby.

The apartment was renovated in 2015 and appears bright and modern. It features a very nice and well-equipped kitchen, providing excellent opportunities for self-catering. Meals can be enjoyed at the cozy dining table, from which you can look out through the mullioned windows onto a beautiful “old” garden. In addition, there is a leather sofa set with a coffee table and TV, perfect for relaxing indoors in the evenings. In the entrance hall, a staircase leads up to the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with single beds, which can be pushed together into a double bed if desired. On the landing, there is a sofa bed that offers an extra sleeping option, and there is a good bathroom on the ground floor.

The apartment comes with its own garden area. Here you will find a cozy terrace with quality garden furniture, where you can relax and perhaps enjoy a barbecue. There is also a good lawn, suitable for play and other outdoor activities.

GOOD TO KNOW
The rental price includes heating, while electricity will be metered at arrival and departure.
A charging station for electric cars is available at Trafikcenter Sæby Syd, less than 1 km away.
The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period. No rental to youth groups.
Syvsten and the apartment are close to the E45 motorway, with easy access to Aalborg, Sæby (6 km), and Frederikshavn.

THE AREA
The holiday home has an ideal location for activities such as cycling holidays and golf trips.
The area is perfect for cycling, with both short and long routes through beautiful landscapes. It is possible to follow a cycling route through the scenic Jyske Ås and all the way to Dronninglund Forest. For golfers, Sæby Golf Club is nearby, offering a high-standard course laid out in varied terrain with gentle hills. Right next to it lies the manor house “Sæbygård Castle,” beautifully situated next to the beech forest Sæbygård Skov.

The market town of Sæby is full of experiences, with many shopping opportunities in both specialty shops and supermarkets, as well as a wide range of restaurants. The old town is a charming area with Algade, the Fishermen’s Path, and the harbor – all worth a visit.

If you are looking for more sights, North Jutland has many to offer. The Coastal Museums have branches in several towns, where you can experience life by the sea in earlier times. In Sæby, “Sæby Miniby” is worth a visit, and in Frederikshavn the Palm Beach, with real palm trees in summer, is a fun holiday experience. The Powder Tower and the Bangsbo area with its viewpoints are also recommended. If you drive further north to Skagen, Grenen, the Sand-Covered Church, and the Grey Lighthouse are must-see attractions.
