Welcome to this breathtakingly wooden house where the home, nature, and the gorgeous sea view flow together in a harmony of beauty and comfort. Located just 200 metres from an inviting beach, this newly built holiday home (2024) is a true oasis for a large family or two families who want to immerse themselves in an unforgettable holiday experience.

Upon arrival, you enter the large family room, where the kitchen, dining area and living room merge into one, providing guests with a spacious communal environment. Large windows open to spectacular views of the beautiful Kattegat, and natural light illuminates the exclusive and rustic décor of the living room. The large luxurious sofa invites you to cosy up with the wood-burning stove crackling and warming in the background.

There are three well-designed bedrooms. Two of them offer comfortable double beds, while the third room (we call it the familieroom) offers a good flexibility. In this room, there's a custom-built sleeping solution, that includes a double bed and an upper bunk, for two children. Adventurous children can look forward to a magical loft that doubles as a cosy loft at the top of the same room (It can also be used for 2 children, as a sleeping loft).

The new terrace is ready, with the outdoor hot tub for 5 people and sauna barrel available, this is truly a special place if you are seeking relaxation. It doesn't get any better than this, enjoying peace and pampering, while savouring the sights and sounds of the roaring sea.

The two bathrooms exude quality with beautiful tiles, large shower rooms, luxury ceiling showers, hand showers and wall-mounted toilets. One of which is self-cleaning.

The owner has created not just a house, but a home where every detail has been thought through. Luxurious (small) bathrooms, modern kitchen facilities and in addition to this, he also plans to set up a large playground for children, with safety measures such as safety mats, showing the owner's dedication to making this house the ultimate haven for family fun. Everything and everyone have been thought of so that you and your family can enjoy a holiday that will remain in your heart as a cherished memory. We can safely call it a paradise by the sea!

The house is located in a beautiful nature with sea views and only 200 metres to the coast, where you can enjoy the peaceful and child-friendly beach that the East Coast is known for.

Even better, the house is only 3 kilometres from Sæby, a charming market town with many opportunities. A nice walk along the beautiful seafront promenade will take you right into both the harbour and the town of Sæby. The town has many dining options and a cosy town centre with many unique shops, and in the square, you'll find musical entertainment many days throughout the summer. Sæby forest is close to the town centre, and here you'll find the Sæby stream, which runs beautifully through the beech forest.
