The house is located in beautiful nature with sea views and only 200 meters to the coast—and thus the calm and child-friendly beach that the east coast is known for.

Even better, the house is only 3 km from Sæby, an extremely charming market town with plenty to offer. A lovely walk along the scenic promenade takes you all the way to the harbour and the town centre. The town has many dining options and a charming centre with unique shops, and live music is often found in the square throughout the summer. Sæby Forest is close to town, and here you will find the Sæby River, flowing beautifully through the beech forest.
