Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 72 m² and is build in 1977. In 2012 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 18 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player.X-box. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Umgebung hat viele Wanderwege und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder

Mobiliar war gemütlich und intakt. Die Betten waren etwas zu weich aber sonst ok.Alles war sauber und gut geordnet.Staubsauger und Utensilien zum Reinigen war intakt.Tv-Gerät war etwas umständlich zu bedienen trotz guter Anleitung.Wetterbedingt gab es gelegentlichen Senderausfall am Abend.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht auf die Flensburger Förde. Terrasse und Grundstück groß und sehr gepflegt. Auch unser Hund, den wir zum Glück mitbringen durften hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Weiterer Vorteil waren die flexibel buchbaren Anreisetage über Ostern. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Preis für die optionale Endreinigung sehr hoch ist. Der vorgefundene Reinigungszustand war befriedigend und in der Küche noch ausbaubar.
