Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 85 m² and is build in 1974. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 803 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 3400 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. 1-3 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Huset er velforsynet med nødvendigt udstyr. Der er ikke hylder fyldte med aflagt udstyr fra tidligere tider. < br />Huset ligger med udsigt over vand, det er en fornøjelse. Der er ikke langt til gode bademuligheder, hvis man er til badning.

Es war ein toller Familienurlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen. Schlafzimmer waren groß genug und die Betten gemütlich. Es gab im Haus und auch draußen genug bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten und große Tische. Geheizt haben wir überwiegend abends mit dem Holzofen, der eine angenehme Wärme ausstrahlte. In der Küche war genug Geschirr und alles an Geräten, was wir benötigten. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Internet nicht ganz stabil aber ausreichend. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert.

Das Haus hat eine gute Atmosphäre und wir fühlen uns wohl. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und jede findet ein Plätzchen im Schatten oder in der Sonne.

Es wahr ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in unserem Haus. Das Gebiet ist sehr schön und kann bei gutem Wetter weiter erforscht werden.

Urlaub war super in dem tollen Haus. Raumaufteilung war gut. Betten super. Haus war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Alle techn. Ausrüstung waren in Ordnung. Garten gepflegt und alle Gartenmöbel in guten Zustand. Zum Grill können wir nichts sagen, den haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Haus hat uns so gut gefallen, daß wir für nächstes Jahr schon gebucht haben.
